I revised all the copy on the website of BelliniGrill.com, a Center City-Philadelphia Italian restaurant. The owner and employees are not native speakers of English – nor Italian, as it happens – so I polished the English and Googled the Italian-language menu items for correct spellings.
I organized the scattered content, included search-engine optimized (SEO) keywords and encouraged key staff to write their own bios. I also recommended photographing the wonderful trompe l’oeil art on the walls and adding it to the website.
